Follow the below steps to get fully approved to be a volunteer for Union Little League. This is for the safety of our little players and the ULL community.

1) Complete our volunteer application and complete background check
- Contact our Safety Officer at [email protected] to get your invite
- Check your inbox or junk folder for email subject "Background Questionnaire Notification"
2) Complete LiveScan fingerprinting with our account at verifyGroup.
- Download, fill-out and print this application form. Click HERE for the form.
- Bring it with you to complete your fingerprinting to VerifyGroup at: Verify Group, 262 E Hamilton Ave, Suite A, Campbell, CA 95008
- Normal Business Hours: Mon. – Fri.: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., Sat: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
NOTE: Volunteers only have to complete this process once for an organization, assuming your volunteer time is consecutive without any gaps or breaks.
3) Complete Abuse Awareness for Adults - BASE Certification

4) Complete Concussion Training
